Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility
1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom including NI, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over, but not employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion. Purchase and internet access required.
How to enter
1. To enter the promotion, you must purchase a promotional pack of 4 x 250ml WKD Blue cans or 10 x 250ml WKD Blue or WKD Mixed cans featuring a unique code between 17th April 2023 and 14th August 2023. Each separate entry requires a unique code.
2. Visit www.wkdislandfeels.co.uk and enter your unique code and personal details to find out instantly if you are a winner. Your unique code can be found on the inside of your pack.
3. One entry per person and email address per day. Max 4 entries in total throughout the promotional period.
4. Unique codes may only be used once.
5. Opens for entries at 00:00:00 on 17th April 2023 and closes for entries at 23:59:59 on 14th August 2023.
6. Unique codes featured on promotional packs can only be used once. Only valid unique promotional codes will be accepted. Manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.
7. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please contact us at info@wkdislandfeels.co.uk with an image of your packaging to obtain a new code.
8. Those who try and circumvent the code entry process and/or entry instructions by any method will be disqualified and any prizes awarded will be void. Entrants must submit all entries into this promotion in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries submitted via third parties or in bulk are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your entry was submitted by such means.
9. Any third-party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
Prizes
1. There are 14,505 instant win prizes available to be won consisting of:
  1. 5 x Island Holidays to either Ibiza or Majorca for 2 people
  2. WKD branded items

    3. 1,000 x pack of 4 ½ Pint Plastic Glasses
  3. Coupons
    1. 12,000 x WKD £3.00 Money off next purchase coupons (redeemable against 4 cans, 10 cans, 12 bottles, WKD X Blue, WKD X Gold, WKD Cocktails Blue Lagoon, WKD Cocktails Tropical Sunrise, WKD Cocktails Berry Daiquiri and 700ml bottles). Winners in Scotland will receive a digital Tesco e-gift card for £3.00 instead. Digital Tesco e-gift cards can be redeemed online and in-store, excluding third party concessions and petrol stations.
2. No alternatives or cash alternatives are available.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
4. All images of prizes used on promotional packs and in all communication are a representation supplied for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes.
Island Holiday Prizes
1. There is a maximum of 5 trips to Ibiza or Majorca being offered for 2 people travelling together, one member of the party must be aged 18 or over.
2. The winner will be required to select one of the following packages:
  1. Ibiza – Including return economy flights from UK airports to Ibiza (direct services only), return airport transfers in resort, 7 nights 4* hotel accommodation sharing a twin/ double room, all-inclusive meal plan covering all meals, snacks and drinks.
  2. Majorca – Including return economy flights from UK airports to Majorca (direct services only), return airport transfers in resort, 7 nights 4* hotel accommodation sharing a twin/ double room, all-inclusive meal plan covering all meals, snacks and drinks.
3. The packages are valid for travel until September 2024 excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays. Additional exclusions will be in place for Ibiza only over the months of July and August. All travel must be completed by 30th September 2024.
4. All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of their preferred dates for taking the trip.
5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.
6. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for hotels/ tours/ transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the Promoter’s Prize Provider will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
7. All travel arrangements offered are at the discretion of the Promoter. Any requests relating to airport, airlines or hotels cannot be guaranteed.
8. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.
9. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
10. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
11. Comprehensive travel insurance is not included within the prize, the winner may be required to present proof of insurance to the Promoter’s Prize Provider before travel.
12. The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice/ regulations/ inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
13. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
14. Bookings must be made through the Promoter’s Prize Provider.
Winner selection and notification
1. There are 14,505 instant win prizes and the total promotional pack universe is 340,000. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrant’s chance of winning is based on the promotional volume of 340,000 vs the number of prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion. The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.
2. Entrants will be notified immediately on screen whether or not they have won a prize, and informing you which prize you have won.
3. If you are a winner, you will also receive an email within 14 days confirming your win and which prize you have won.
4. If you have won an Island Holiday, you will be contacted by the Promoter’s Prize provider by phone call to the number you provided upon entry within 28 days.
5. If you have won a WKD branded item or a WKD coupon your prize will be posted out to you within 28 days.
6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid email address and to also check junk mail/ spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent.
7. ITV is not responsible for the administration of the promotion or the fulfilment of any prizes. This is the responsibility of the Promoter.
General
1. The Promoter intends to use prize winners’ information in any marketing and publicity materials which they may choose to issue (at our discretion) and if requested, the winner will be asked to participate in publicity or other promotional activities as they may reasonably request without any further recompense. Winners who do not wish to participate in marketing and publicity materials can object accordingly.
2. The prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to WKD Love Island 2023 (7815), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. Each Winner will be required to confirm if their details can be used in publication of a Winners List. Any Winner opting to have their details removed or minimised will not be displayed in the Winners List made available to the public on request. All Winners’ details are retained by the Promoter for prize validation and verification. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out above upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).

4. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
6. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending of your online entry.
7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
8. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
9. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
10. English law will settle any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.

1. The Promoter will share with its appointed third-party suppliers the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for the purposes of prize fulfilment only. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) as applicable.
